We offer custom, cost effective medical solutions to pain management clinics. There is a need for cost effective, timely delivered, custom service, improved bottom line, and customer service within the pain management practice arena. Why We Are If you've seen one pain clinic, you've seen one pain clinic. We believe that offering multiple solutions from one source will satisfy these needs and help clinics run more efficiently, create increased revenues and savings, and will ultimately allow patients to keep more money in their pockets. We are changing healthcare. Not only will we improve a practice's bottom line, we will enhance the patient experience at the physician office level. The current landscape and relationship between physician and patient is begging for improvement. We recognize that and our role of provider, solution finder, partner and protector will impact lives from an emotional level to a monetary level for both physician and patient. Specifically, we offer the following services and products to pain management clinics: - Toxicology Lab services - Urine Drug Screening (UDS) - Durable Medical Equipment (DME) therapeutic, rehabilitative, orthopedic - Therapeutic services - massage therapy, radio frequency treatment, nerve conduction velocity testing - Billing/Coding services provide consultation on how to more effectively run internal billing Systems and identify/capture lost reimbursement/revenue. - other potential services include, patient experience management, legal consulting, Rx dispensing, medical disposables/consumables Objective Create a brand identity that encompasses both an over arching corporate identification as well as support the individual product/service offerings. Develop necessary marketing and sales materials for utilization of both general awareness as well as in field sales collateral pieces. Unique Selling Proposition Provide custom, cost effective medical solutions for Pain Management Clinics (PMC). Provide PMCs with the opportunity to save their practice money by partnering with and implementing Castle Medical's custom offerings. These offerings will help lower their monthly and annual costs, and as a result, lower patient costs. Castle Medical evaluates PMC practices and creates custom and comprehensive offerings that focus on improving patient care and physician?s bottom line. Tone / Mood We created the name _______ to reflect the core meanings behind the word castle. Castle can mean protection, power, fortification, structure, king, kingdom, building. Emotionally it can mean inspiration, survival, empowerment, dream, security. Since we are in the medical arena, the tone/mood should be sophisticated and serious. With that said, consideration should be given to the fact that healthcare/patient care is about helping people. It's about making people feel better, feel well and happy; improving their lifestyles and wellbeing. We want to project that without being over the top or too fun. Creatively, the design of our logo, website, collateral pieces, etc should be simplistic and easy to understand and remember. We are forward thinkers, progressive and futuristic in that we have a passion for the necessity of improved healthcare. Our tone and mood should be of a contemporary feel, sophisticated and metropolitan, yet invoke emotion and inspiration. We want to change what that selling protocol is; we want to change the perception of what selling to physicians means. How can we present something fresh, and in a matter that the audience has never see, which will stick in their minds and make such an impact that they will be compelled to a partner with us. With that said, almost all of the sales pieces used in medical selling are in the form of a glossy, several panel brochure with a pocket housing sell sheets, etc. How can we break that mold and catch them off guard with something that they have never seen, but yet still houses the marketing and technical selling information needed for a sales presentation?
