Web Design Project Description: I have built a partial proto type web site that I would like made real with a few enhancements... First off a general understanding of the concept. It is a central site for the management of pay structure. Thus we may have Multiple programs run from one site. We may in the near future be the back office for another program or two start ups. Thus we will want a Master-Administrator with Sub-Administrators. The Sub-Administrators will manage there own affiliate programs which may have different payroll systems. The Sub-Administrators should have there own Marketing area (page) visible to their generation (group). Each Sub-Administrative group should be able to be distinct and separate from any other Sub-Administrators unless the Master-Administrator links some of the features together. The Master-Administrator should have the ability to restrict the Sub Administrator as the Sub-Administrator can restrict it`s members. For example if the Sub-Administrator will allow its members to do automatic withdrawals... the master administrator could have all the withdrawals to be authorized before release without the knowledge of the Sub-Administrator or it`s members. The Master set up should have the flexibility to monitor and restrict each Sub-Admin individually. I need to have a MLM affiliate program. Allowing Forced or Cycling Matrix types (giving the flexibility Level Width and Depth X-Up system, Binary (Pairing commissions) ...To allow for M x N Matrix, Unlimited deep, Australian X-up System, Binary Referral System, Auto Spill Over, Forced Matrix I would like for it to include the following... Show or Hide *up and down - lines and *Genealogy Tree. A hosting ground or site. *Sub-Admin manager features for different program heads to manage there down-lines *Every affiliate will be logged into the company that their referral link called for, plus under the member who referred them. *Sub-Admin`s can only affect admin features for their down line or business. *Master Admin has the ability to authorize or just allow Sub- Administrator to make changes *Master Administrator can set all settings to allow sub-Administrators to make changes however the changes only happen if the Master-Admin has the same settings for that Sub-Administrator. Master-Admin should be notified of all changes. *Must have a page for members to go into and see there balances. *Member first page to have Total earnings, Current anticipated profit/loss, earned interest, Account balance; Deposits made, Deposits in trade; amount withdrawn, pending withdraws; Number of referrals, Total Referral interest earned;*Withdraw page *deposit page *Automatically calculate possible month end profits as trades happen. And show in Monthly Anticipated Profit/Loss section of each members sign on. *Internal fund transfer capability. *Edit Profile section *Like to have secure loan application documents available for public or members to fill out and submit. *Post a Loan or venture project and have our investor group bid on it. Ability to ad notes to the members pages. Admin sections *Bonus and penalty with suspension of account features. *Automatic pay out, and withdraw features. (but Sub-admin and Master-Admin has option to approve before release. *Manual pay out options *Admin earnings *Fund Transfer Manager *Payment Gateway settings *MLM payroll Manager (different programs and styles for the different companies) *email manager (Registration details, forgot password, send activation link, confirmation code, admin login, security question, marketing , special deals, etc) *Site statistics (with capability to allow site visitors to view or keep private) *would like a couple flash Banners made. *Article and News manager *Sub Admin Manager (many feature controls) *It must be customizable for different payment gateways such as Pay Pal, Liberty Reserve, StrictPay, Perfect Money, V-Money, Euro Gold, by bank wire/transfers or credit/debit cards. *Need a online chat or Forum. *Replicate the MT4 trading graph for web site for front Page and member area. (front page simple overview of chart and Members area is close to replicate chart) Have capability to have more then one tab for the trading graphs thus multiple graphs. *Page or pages to host banners etc. For members to use. Each Sub domain may require own marketing page. *Articles and new feeds section with quick links to them to refer to affiliates where or when needed. *Tuning Key. *Online keyboard for sign in security. (This SRK can prevent keystroke loggers and certain viruses from capturing your account password) *IP checker and notification if member signs on from another computer. (with Sub or Master-Administrator have option to apply following to group or individual) *just log and send a email notification that the account was accessed from a different IP address with time and date *Answer additional security question *key in a activation code from your registered email account. *Currency Exchanger *Search Member, withdraw, deposit or commission transaction, IP addresses, emails. *Polling (to find out what users would like to see) *Simple and compounding interest capabilities *Ability for Administrators to download and export information off line. *Template selection for approved affiliates to consider there own website. Info linked to Master site for easy modification and uniformity. Back office located with master site. *Video upload capability. *Register new account area account area, with a back office area determining the mandatory information needed. May be different for different Sub-Admin``s *Traders page with loadable gadgets. *The flexibility to add additional pages or hide other pages from web users. *FAQ page where users click on question and it drops down, they click on another question and the new one opens while the previous one closes. *Would like a gallery flash page (will provide the code). Would like it modified to have a area that can be clicked and a adobe file opens I have a couple of gadgets I would like to keep or modify *live currency rates *A click button to have web page read to user (not mandatory, have other options) * Would like to be able to have the ability to change the wording on the site. *ability to change footer Looking only for bids from people who have developed HYIP, MLM or Banking sites and have either demo`s, sample of live sites they have developed. *I have example of most of the information above upon request (if needed) Please suggest the safest and most secure way you suggest to develop the site so that the database and the monies that pass through the website is secure and safe from hackers etc. Give your Price and the length of time it will take you to complete the project?
