Web Design Project Description: dev a site with information for sale also advertisers by state People would search by state specific and then purchase info from us ( all basically the same info for each state but would like it to sound state specific in case i need to change or add state specific info) have free access to advertisers state specific. A Real estate site for foreclosures listed for sale and other distressed sellers that would list properties for sale, real estate agents and companies mortgage banks and lawyers and others as advertisers. Would also consider a site where Real estate agents and other advertisers could have premium paid position advertising. A site I`ve seen is ushud.com sell state specific advertising to real estate and mortgage banks. But I would like a general area and a premium site such as Trulia.com or zillow whee advertisers are set right along side page for easy access to their info and stand out. Also allow for adsense on the page upfront and eventually only use paid advertisers.
