Web Design Project Description: I prefer to work with designers: Local Number of pages (approx): 1 I have a project that needs a programmers touch. I am a web designer and need someone to help me code a design, install the template within an already existing joomla backend. I have been coding sites using SEO principles through CSS, HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.0. I have a design already completed and would like to test out the right person`s skills by giving them the design to code and implement the template in Joomla. I would also like someone to help install and program some Joomla modules if needed. There is more work for the right person. I would generally like to establish a relationship with a person whom is not already an established company within the Central Illinois area. My business has been growing within the last year at a fast rate, so I would like to count on someone to do all of my php programming, coding and other web development issues so that I can focus on new business and designing.
