Web Design Project Description: I prefer to work with students and professionals under 35 years of age in the Atlanta area my project will have 3 pages My industry is land. I buy and sale land all over the united states. The site I will be building will be very clean and simple I have the format basically like I want it but I need -specific programming and coding for -user driven content -uploading of photos and up to 400 characters of type from the user -these users will have their own accounts -they will be billed monthly via credit card based upon their site usage whereby they would have to cancel their ad on line by a certain date -I need an admin site to -I need opt in opt out email contact management that integrates with the site such as constant contact or orther -I need to have the code given to me -I need to be put in contact with multiple support contacts should the site need quick and immediate trouble shooting.
