Definitions Agency (our main URL Page with all the the products, links, etc. stored on it. Their will only be one site with all this information and with all the products on it). Agency (our various Agencys who want to send their Customers to our site to purchase or review products and who want the front page of our site to look like it is their, the Agency's, website). Customers (the individuals or businesses that will be sent to our site by our Agencys. Full E-commerce Ability to buy products on the site, add to cart, upload art, etc. Email Inquiries If the Customer can't find what they want they can email us with any questions or the specific item they are looking for. User Friendly Back End Easy ability to update products, update pictures, pricing, etc. Links Page Ability to link to key supplier websites (not used for e-commerce or purchases) Shipping Quotes ability to estimate and charge for shipping before checkout. Mailing List Ability for Customers to sign up for email newsletters and specials. Search Capabilities Ability to search site for specific products that are carried on the site. Categories and Subcategories Divide products into categories and sub categories. Customizable website Front Page for each Agency that works for the company (skin or template that makes it look like the website is their own) What we are needing is to have the main Agency URL and website that has all the basic information and products in it. What we will want to do is to have each of our Agencys be able to have their Customers access the website and have the main website page look like it is the Agencys website. To do this, we are informed that someone would access the main website by going to it's URL, for example www.mysite.com/Randy (where Randy is the individual Agency's name) and when they do go to the URL it would pull up a skin or folder or something that would change the main URL webpage look to include the information and logo associated with the individual Agency, in this example, Randy. We are wanting to have an individual template for each Agency so it looks like their site when a Customer goes to the site. We assume this is something like muli level marketing companies have where each of their distributors can access the home page of the company, but the home page looks like it is the distributor's home page. Eliminate specific categories for each Agency. Some Agency's may want us to eliminate or not show a certain category of items we have on our master website. For example, the Category Apparel may not be show or included for a particular Agency. Submit leads the Agency can login to his or her website and upload information (leads) that will he wants to have emailed to the Agency.
